@pink I'm a silent follower on this thread but had to contribute on this fibroid case. I was diagnosed with a 2cm sub mucous fibroid last year and had it removed via hysteroscopic mymectomy at national hospital Abuja. The process is done via d vagina. I did the surgery in April and got my Bfp in July. Today there is no trace of the sub mucous fibroid in my womb. Dr raiz conducted the surgery and recovery is 2-3days. I hope my little contribution helps and removes every concern because your womb doesn't have to be removed.

I used to put my finger on my veej & pour water inside to wash it until I heard from beloved1993 that pouring water inside the veej in the name of washing it is not too good for ttc so I stoped but only to notice that my pants get stained on daily basis with brownish discharges except the days l bd with hubby. If I mistakenly put my finger inside my veej, all I bring out is thick watish substances.

@ Cjnone2,is it all times you see this discharge are at certain times during ur cycle. Every woman has a certain amount of discharge during her cycle,there are dry periods,ewcm periods and white discharges sometimes. Does it have an offensive smell,do you itch? Try and rule out an infection by doing a HVS.
@ Iyabetajos,you dealt with fibroid issues naturally.how did you go about it?

@Cjonne...i get you now....for the best of my knowledge there is nothing wrong with using water o! its soap (except a very very mild soap all those antiseptic and deodrant is a no no) as well as female douching....that isnt too good as it destabilizes the PH of the vj

but the waterish thingy you bring out is normal na as long as it is not itchy or smelly...its cervical muus and the thicknes/ consistency depends on where you are in your cycle.....its a lot thicker during ovulation...you can read up more about it

@cjnone, I said douching is a no-no, washing with soap is also not good. That's what u referred to in ur post I replied to if I'm not mistaken. You can't really wash the whole length of the vagina, u wash outside, the perineum area. And of cos u can use soap for the perineum as long as u don't use finger to introduce soap inside.
The pen.is is the best vaginal washer, nothing else needs to go inside. It also cleans itself naturally with those discharges you are talking about. White discharges are normal, they occur according to ur cycle.

@lizzyslaw, depending on the stage of Endo there is no cure, may God help us. Some women say their Endo went after child birth. Most common treatment is to stop af with meds, surgery (but the endo usually comes back) and some people remove the ovaries and/or uterus
