so my gynae doc asked me the all important question ...... do know when you are to BD . I said yes. during my fertile period. and she said carry on name the days and i said CD 10, 11, 12, ,13, 14 .. . and she said no you are wrong . you are to BD Day 10, 12, 14, 16
so if you didnt know now u do . much love to u guys. what happened to our fri prayer meetings .

cathyibok grind the alligator pepper and every morning blend the ginger and mix a tea spoon of the alligator wit it and take on an empty stomach,do this every morning till your ovulation then stop,after ov you may continue if not cleared.

@tatacherie sory for d late response I tink u can eat on the day of progesterone test although I was fastin d day I did mine. If u are in abuja echo scan karu do only progestrone test if u want bcaus dat was d only hormonal test I did d very day I also did pelvic scan and HVS sha
