Exchange business: 7 things we don’t do

Hello Traders:

Here are 7 things we don’t do in e-currencies business

WE DON’T DELAY CUSTOMERS - 1
When a customer places a “buy” or “sell” order, we process it quickly. Customers are even surprised that some orders are processed at “the speed of light.” However, there are a few exceptions, like when the manager isn’t on seat (which can delay a transaction for a few hours), or when a cash transfer fails, which could take a few days to resolve (a rare occurrence). Customers like us for our Instant cash transfer policy. Those who’ve used other popular exchangers who usually delay payment till the following day, and then used us, knows the difference.

WE DON’T ALLOW NETELLER WITHDRAWL FROM UNVERIFIED CUSTOMERS - 2
No-one may sell Neteller to us without getting verified by us. However, you don’t need verification to fund Neteller. To sell or buy Perfect Money, Payeer and Epay, you don’t need to register, not to mention getting verified. However, registration would allow us to server you better and faster.

WE DON’T TAKE OUR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED - 3
That’s why we try to process their orders as quickly as we can. That’s why we give competitive rates for our customers to make money while selling and save money while buying. That’s why we reward them with cash gifts, recharge cards, etc. That’s why we’re not too proud to apologize whenever there’s a slight delay in a transaction.

WE DON’T LET A TRANSACTION HAPPEN WITHOUT UPDATING OUR CUSTOMERS - 4
When we fund your e-wallet, we let you know by IM/SMS and email. When we transfer cash to your bank account, we let you know by IM/SMS and email. This is in sharp contrast with some exchangers who simply do transactions, hoping that you’ll get an alert or you’ll check your e-wallet. We think that, it’s important to let a customer know that a transaction has been done in their behalf – whether they’re aware or not.

WE DON’T HOLD CUSTOMERS FUNDS ILLEGALLY - 5
When you send us cash and we can’t process your order, we transfer the cash back to you, after asking for your bank account details. If you send e-currency to us and we can’t pay you, we forwards it back to you. We just don’t hold you funds for days, with the hope of getting money to pay or getting e-ccurency to fund. If we’re not buying or selling, we let you know. If Neteller is transferred to us with an account that’s not verified by us, we forward the Neteller to the sender, while attaching a note explaining why we do that.

WE DON’T IGNORE CALLS AND MESSAGES FROM CUSTOMERS - 6
We call you back when we see your missed calls. We reply the IMs you send to us when we’re offline. Even we don’t ignore common SMS from customers. This is unlike big exchangers who won’t pick your calls and will never call you back or never reply to your IMs.

WE DON’T KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS IN DEARKNESS - 7
That’s why we do email marketing… To let our customers get aware of current news, promos, events, etc. happening. As our customers list grows, we’ll turn to professional email marketing service providers.

Hello House,

Please this response is coming a bit late cos I was busy and the same time, trying to wake up from this mess of character assassination.

This morning, I posted a trade here on Nairaland for the sales of $2,000.00 worth of Btc. Many people came to my WhatsApp including Kaboninc. He demanded I send first, I told him to either send first or bring escrow. This has become necessary in view of high cases of fraud being recorded almost on a daily basis.

He brought Modath, somebody I spent my time and resources to privately settle a case she had with her Btc seller. For days, I was on that case, I privately calling both of them till the end of that case, yet she is the first person to raise unnecessary alarm.
What they were very much after is not even the Btc par se, but the wallet it's coming from.

I told them boldly that I'm a trader, I can send from any wallet and that their concerns should be on receiving the Btc before payment.

When the argument became too high, I told them clearly that this trade is taking too much time since they will have my Btc before payment. Then, I had so many chats on WhatsApp responding to, yet on the road.

The rationale behind not telling them the wallet is:
1. To avoid sending twice after concluding the deal due to price fluctuations on Btc exchanges and it corresponding charges,
2. To avoid loss on any mentioned wallet, and
3. To send from an exchange that will be more Ok for me in view of the fact that I trade Btc realtime.

We discontinued the trade since many people were on my neck.

Same Btc was bought by WHIZCODE (I even got the cash first before sending him the Btc) I sent the screenshot to both Kaboninc and Modath that I had sold the Btc.

Immediately after sending the screenshot, I started getting calls to rush to Nairaland and defend myself.

It beats my imagination seeing Kaboninc who once escrowed a deal for me coming to Nairaland to say unimaginable things about me with Modath supporting.

Fellow Nairalanders, please confirm from these well known guys who I had had and still having Btc dealings with to tell you about me:
1. L.adyF,
2. In.itialize,
3. Sin.gapore1,
4. Sam.meyd
5. DonC.rust,
6. Descr.isom
7. Whizc.ode - who bought the Btc in question
8. Kaboni.nc - who was once brought in to escrow a deal for me. And
9. Others

I have being on Btc since last year without having an issue with anybody.

[s]Kaboninc, please, kindly delete all the defamatory allegations you raised about me on this page/forum.
You would have allowed me to send the Btc first since there was an escrow to get your cash before your getting my Btc.[/s]

Thank you all.

N.B: Modath, I have no word for you but only God can judge you.

Even a street smart dude will tell you something is fishy.

The first time I contacted you, I asked for your wallet and you said "foreign wallet" that's red flag one.

Today we were to deal, I asked you which wallet and you said "not paxful". So I probed further to be sure I know what wallet you are sending from. You said you have many wallets. To name just one of your many wallets, till this very moment, you never mentioned any. Some guys have more than one wallets and they will always tell you which wallet they are sending from. Yours, nada.

Thirdly, you asked for escrow, I told you you were chatting with Kaboninc, you asked that I mention you, I did and you insisted. I had to get an escrow (Modath). Still in the escrow, you never mentioned the wallet you'll be sending from...till this very moment. That's another red flag. That's a scheme used by these MITM scu.mbags.

Damaging of all is when you came back to ask me to escrow for you. Really? And even a mad man won't see all these signs?

For the fact that you were trading with the names you mentioned never takes a way these suspicions about you....heck I and others at a time did trade with Uniquepita (who even sent me a friend request on Facebook all to form familiarity), today where is he --- he's a Scammer with the famous Anga Musa Diamond Bank account.

You called me a while ago and said you have five wallets, wallets you never mentioned all through our WhatsApp conversation and the Escrow Group (Coinbase, Coin...something, Luno, bitfinex and another) yet, you did a transaction today and you do not know which of the wallets you sold from! Is that possible? I use LBC and I can tell you all the wallets I bought from between last night and today. Not to talk of when I should sell. These are signs of a scammer. You also mentioned the fact that I was going to price you, trying to change the narrative. Oga, I even bought at 395/$ this morning. So seeing yours at 390/$ was a good deal.

It hurts so much to see people come here to complain about being scammed when they could have just raised a flag. So bringing this in the open is the very best I can do to warn others the various smart tactics scammers use to steal from others.

Like I have said, your actions are like that of a scammer. and I have no apologies to you or anyone else.

If after today others trade with you, great. Everyone is responsible for his/her actions.
