That is when he is sitted on the throne of St Peter and is explaining(not formulating, a pope can never formulate) a doctrine. Anything from NASS cannot be trusted. Plus, any research coming from Nigeria will always be subjective. How can you ask peoples opinion on an issue in a country where favorable opinion on the matter most likely will get you killed. It will always be biased. Homosexuals are normal every day people. Ever heard of Alan Turing? He is the father of computer science as we know it today. And he was gay.
