Please house I need your help, my infinix x551 is not charging fast like it used to, it doesn't display fast charging, even when it's connected to laptop, it doesn't display any USB icon all it does is charging...I can't transfer file from laptop to the phone (Laptop can't see the phone). Guys Pls any idea on what could cause all these problems? I bought the phone 16th March this year... 1gb Ram, 16gb rom...pls help a brother out

I went to carlcare and kept coming for over a month but they kept vomiting suit, that they don't have the port.

For system transfer, use xender or shareit( d old version)

Please try these few tips. It works.
After you buy a new phone or after you do an OTA update, sometimes your battery starts misbehaving, sometimes it takes time to fully charge & some time it never reaches 100%.
To fix all issues related to battery, follow these steps

1 Do a Reset (if not done after the OTA update)
2 After that Use the phone till less then 10%
3 Charge the Phone From 10% to 100% (with original Charger and don’t use the phone while charging)
4 After it reaches 100%, use it and don’t charge unless your phone is less than 20% (Middle Charge)

This will calibrate the battery and you won’t face any type of issue after that (unless it’s really a hardware issue).

I use laptop to charge it for now, and Xender to transfer file from laptop to the phone

If the problem is hardware issue why not take it to carlacre they will attend to it. i have heard a lot about them here sef.

I bought the phone in Akure on 16th March this year in a shop at Popular Olukayode Shopping Complex, I wasn't given any warranty on it. and secondly there's no any carlcare center in akure

I recommend Ndissle for you if you stay in lag is shop is @ c.v but the guy too like money

Have been to your office at Allen Avenue Opebi severally, they said my my hot note pro sub-board is faulty that's why it is not fast charging and not recognised on system when using USB cod.
They said they don't have the sub-board and they gave me some phone numbers to be calling, have been calling the numbers, not picking while some are invalid.
please how can you help me out in case the sub-board is in store. I will appreciate if you can give me a personal contact I can easily reach for enquiry.

Try using other good chargers, the fault might be from the charger u are using. I experienced similar situation with my hot note.
