Now as for England, if Messi and Argentina were a failure, losing to Iceland with a population lower than Agege Local Government was a disgrace, a disaster and its very shameful. But kudos to the coach for resigning, if it were to be a Nigerian coach, the coach would never resign. Here is what the English need to do

1.Stop believing that they are a great footballing nation...they are not...and the Premier league just flatters to deceive.

2.Start bringing in more English youth players into the senior sides in the EPL....instead of bringing in ready made foreigners.

3.Start paying more attention to FIFA age grade competitions.

4.Stop overhyping too many young prospects that fail to live up to expectation (and I am looking at you, Walcott and Wilshere).
