you get blocking nose and you mostly sleep with your belly facing the bed which is bad.

START facing the roof if you want to sleep and stop opening your MOUTH when sleeping.

Not me dear and funny enough, he doesn't open his mouth when sleeping.... Breathing is perfect, no catarrh or anything... Its just natural

He/she might not be aware of the habit except you call his/her attention to it. Make sure he/she lick some peppermint or trebor sweet before sleep. It will go a long way in suppressing the effect but if it persist pls consult a qualify medical doctor. my two cent.

The first thing you can do to help the person that snores is to make sure he is aware.

He will also need to change his sleeping position. If a partner is not choking or gasping while asleep, they may just snore because they are lying on their back. They may have to start sleeping on their side

Sedating medications around bedtime, alcohol and weight should be mitigated. Because additional tissue in the neck area due to few spare pounds or relaxation of muscles in the mouth and throat due to booze or a sleeping pill can contribute to the obstruction of the airway leading to snoring.
