Ur friend should find out which of dis is her problem, if it's greed, he should talk sense into her and if she refuses to change just leave her abeg b4 she will put u in trouble and ppl will see u as her partner in crime

She stole from a cashier's box at her friend's boutique unaware that there was a surveillance camera so everything is on record.

My cousin is pretty heartbroken.
He keeps saying that he now understands how small amounts of money kept vanishing in his house whenever she visited him.

I told him to call it off but he wont listen.

Wow. I don't even know what to say. Well, if he plans to still go on with the wedding, then he better have a lawyer ready or a lot of money in savings to bail her out with for when she gets arrested. Or he could get her some help. Sounds like she has issues. Stealing from friends is not cool. It could ruin his reputation as well.
