Most of us try to get flawless skin by using a lot of skin products, taking regular care and undergoing treatments for acne and pimples. But, in spite of all our efforts, most of us do not succeed in getting a clear and glowing skin.
Here are some useful tips that you can follow to get the best results:-

1. Change your cleanser: - You must avoid using harsh cleansers. The cleansers that you use must be gentle and skin-friendly. Keep in mind that your skin is very delicate unlike your kitchen pots and pans and so it does not require intense scrubbing.
2. An apple a day: - You should eat an apple every day for glowing, flawless skin. It has Vitamin C which prevents the skin from aging. You can also have beetroots since they are rich in anti-oxidants. So, instead of using the chemical-laden skin products, include healthy fiber-rich food in your daily diet which will nourish your skin naturally.
3. Don't use toners unnecessarily: - Toners are meant for balancing the pH level of the skin. It should be ideally used to maintain the optimum pH balance of the skin.
