Igbos fail to understand that, Ibadan is one of the oldest cities in Africa. No SE state is even quarter as old as Ibadan.

I served in Ibadan and the state govt at least tried almost all the roads in btw those brown roofs are tarred.

Many Brown roofs can be seen in every state in Nigeria except the South East because the SE was grazed to the ground during the Civil war. Still yet you can find many brown roofs in Enugu.
