I recently had issues with my ATM which happens to be newly issued for the purpose of online transactions.
So i emailed the banks customer care this afternoon hoping to get a call when they resume tomorrow.
But to my surprise, someone from the bank called me this evening trying to verify the information i sent to their email.
She sounds pretty young , probably in her early 20's.

The thing now is that she was a little bit wanting towards the end of the call.

You know when you're saying long goodbyes to someone you really want to stay some more.

That's the kind of bye i got from her.

Not long after, i got a mail from her stating some information with her name signed at the end of it.
She also stated that i could continue communicating through that channel with her direct lines in the mail.

Now i'm thinking maybe i should hit her up as soon as my issue is resolved...You know , wouldn't be bad to have a banker girlfriend just for a change.

Any advice from the players in the house?

It's just like trying to chyke a Customer care representative.
She probably makes several of those calls everyday.
Maybe she's just being nice.
Or perhaps i might just be lucky....
But trying to chyke someone you've never seen is like going on a blind date.
You'll never know what she looks like until the d day and boy i might just be disappointed.

she called first, she lingers during the call, she sent her name and number without you requesting, she asked you to call her directly and personally as the only Customer Care staff in the bank, etc...
