You have nothing to export to EU and the little you have you export there duty free because - wait for it- you are a least developed country! According to a source privy to the discussions in Arusha, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta was pushing his peers to sign on to the deal at the Summit.
“President Kenyatta said he could not go back to tell Kenyans that the EAC leaders had, once again, failed to sign the crucial deal,” the source said.

You have already been told that measured IQ is not genetic but rather a factor of environment (development). Even at that your country still has a lower IQ, overall, than Kenya, which tells you that you should quit calling others low IQ. You can start calling people low IQ from Tanzania downwards.
