It could be dyspepsia or dyslipidemia. Problems with the liver are sometimes felt at the back.

Wen I visited the hospital the first time the ulcer started,the doctor told me that sometimes I wouldn't enjoy my sleep at night but those time I couldn't feel them ,it was later that I started feeling it. The problem now is that once I eat plenty food I don't feel that hotness in my back,I can walk around and do things normal but once hungry start me I will feel the symptom which I guess is ulcer but sometimes in the night any where I position my self to use to hot me,if i sleep on my right that the place that will be hot and vice versa but the moment sleep catch me or wake up,I would not feel anything


A health worker told me that I can't cure ulcer but it can be control, I don't know how true is these,I felt bitter when he told me that

I have used series of drugs which seem to only supress the thing. I am now on the unripe plantain treatment. And also seriously avoiding the triggers like: fried food, pepper e.t.c.

One thing I notice with these ulcer especially the 1 disturbing me is that I don't think it can be cure permanently because my doctor said you can't cure a chronic ulcer completely since damage done use to take time before they heal up on time but they can be reduce and reduce aqain by avoiding some foods like fry foods and peper.
