Anyway, this is for the clowns who might come here to post irrelevant nonsense with no correlation whatsover with the story being told.

1). The size shows all the biggest economies in the world and the countries with the highest populations can fit into the continent. Thus making it a giant cos most maps don't show a true representation of how big it's.

2). It's the only continent that's deeply rooted in the ground and it doesn't move, hence it's the most blessed in terms of resources.

So, once you look at 1 and 2: the size and its enormous resource wealth, yet it's the poorest and the most exploited by external forces. You have to start wondering what went wrong and why it's the way it's. I'll just stop the for there for now.

P.S: stop spamming my thread with tripe about the US. A country with more debts than its GDP is dead country that will end up imploding from within one day. And when it does, it won't be able to recover. But that's not the point of this thread. If you want to talk about the US - click the create new thread button and post whatever you want to post there. Don't derail my thread.

True USA has more debt than GDP, but implosion will never happen, the reason been that The US borrows in dollars, and dollars is the world's legal tender and dollars belongs to the US..that simply means they can print as many dollars (call it bond or whatever) to settle their debt, but a country like Nigeria can not print naira to settle it's foreign debt, so in essence they-the US are owing "nothing"

I see no a sense in this. From your image you can see that only two Asian countries represented, occupies half of the whole Africa. This post to me surmounts to nothing of logical comparison or correlation as long as the topic of your thread is concerned.

MrSly I believe you know Mercator projection is full of exaggeration pole-wise. The closer you are to the poles or further you are from the equator the more exaggerated your size is (on Mercator projection).

Look at Greenland in the first image. Almost as big as Africa. Now lets compare Greenland with Nigeria.

The second image is the actual size of Greenland and I am using Nigeria here as a point of reference.
