Changing your domain name correlates with that of a man that built a house,you know he is the owner and he keep packing from one place to another,you kow it will be very hard for visitors to locate Such Man. They will get frustrated visiting and cramming his address.

2.Niche : Visitors are different from visitors and they visit your blog for different purposes so if visitors that love sport related news before later discover you've changed from sports to Politics,they will just search for your blog alternatives on search engine.
For example,you built a company that sells smartphones before,you use to advertise your company on radio,Tv e.t.c.
And all of a sudden you change your company from selling smartphones to the one that sells Drinks.

All the money you must have spent advertising are wasted,you will start building the company from scratch again.
That's just how changing niches relate to

3.Slug :
Slugs are words added to the suffix of a URL for your posts and pages that best describe what your post or page is all about in your URL.

Changing slugs from time to time may seriously affect your s.e.o.,google can,t keep crawling your pages everytime,it may not change your URL again so when people search for the the topic you changed its slug it will keep showing 404 error except if your blog platform supports redirecting

4.Captcha: Many when they think their blog is getting additional traffic,they change their simple 1+1 captcha to tough captchas and they feel OK their readers should get it simply because they want to stop Robots,visitors that want to comment on your blogs before but they just want to manage,believe me immediately they sight one yeye captcha they will change their mind immediately.
