Now, I believe we all have different perspective of who shot ghost. At the end of the day it might not even be Tariq because the reaction on Tate face when he saw the news is like someone who is on hot seat. Now, what am confused is the scene shown where ghost is looking at the bullet wound through the mirror. We just might need to wait till the finale and see if ghost really dead and if it is really Tariq. My theory dough.

Talking of the scene where ghost was looking at the bullet through the mirror was in season one when him and Tommy killed a guy and told the guy's girlfriend to run. The shot then splashed blood on his singlet which he saw when he got home that night. But I think for that scene to come up. There must be meaning to that...

Tasha made me understand that Yoruba saying "pikin were spoil na him mama dey like" .... At some point in a rotten unreasonable child's life, all you can do is just be there for the child, making him see you are there. When all means fail, parents especially mums try to become the child's best friend so that last last they don't lose their child. Going to jail for him only shows the extend such a mother will go.
