the country is not progressing because of the citizens not the leaders. the citizens have archaic ideas that safiticate and masters and phd will get them job. they dont want to bring about industrial revoluton by going to technical schools to learn to be builders and welders etc etc. england is a blue collar economy and that is why they are on top. most of their population are builders and plumbers and bricklayers. only in london is where you will see the ones pushing papers. receive sense bro
