The funny thing about your rants is that the DSS does not posses the powers to try anyone. After all theiur gestapo action, they will still bring the suspects to the courts to be tried by members of the NJC!!! Seriously common sense is truly not common

1. I thought you will have the honour to recant your big fat LIE.........
2. The DSS have done their jobs, legitimately. It is left to the judges to do theirs. NJC membership is largely irrelevant. Judges that put NJC solidarity above probity and cleansing of the country will be investigated and if found culpable will be arrested.

For someone that talks about common sense, it is ironically not common, as your illogic and peddling arguements with falsehood is far from common sense

Buhari will regret this move. This judges would surely deal with him.The funny thing is that after their Gestapo operation, the DSS would still come back to these judges for the trial of their colleagues. O wonder if Buhari or any of his advisers have any common sense

Buhari has no sensible adviser. He arrested a supreme court judge and wants to send him for trial before a lower court judge and expects the lower court judge to send his superior colleague to jail. How possible is it? Truly , common sense is not really common.

Buhari has now become both the Executive and Judiciary, it remains the legislature, and he's gradually getting there.
As soon as he also becomes the legislature after ousting Saraki and Ekweremmadu. Then Nigeria will be the first country to practice Militocracy.

Congratulations Zombies
Pls cheer him on.

the sooner you realize that your e-wailing will not change anything, the better for you.

wow...what display of common sense. It should also be common sensically obvious that the president will have support within some sections of the judiciary and all he has to do is position a favorable judge to handle their cases.

Let me ask you, what do you benefit from the stinks in the judiciary?
The president failed in economy but in fighting corruption in the judiciary, stands him out as the best for now.
The few of us the hate corruption with passion just the way God hate it anywhere it is found manifesting, we are solidly behind the fight against corruption.

The affected judges are too experience for any body to fight for them, if due process where not followed before arresting them, I have never heard them complaining of that, and they have been speaking.

Please let me when next are they resuming because I have a case to present against the judiciary for aiding & abetting corrupt people in our nation. I want to prove to them that Nigerians are now wiser.

You forgot to add zoo, and in the jungle there are no rules, survival is the main thing and Pa Chuks, Nigeria must survive by any means necessary!! cool cool

You expect to get fair and balanced resolution when the arbitrator is in the cesspit?!!! 3/4 of NJC are circling same drain, so how can you if you don't have malice and angst in your heart tout such unrealistic point?

Why do you lots bastardize every expression you latch on to? Why? Rule of law, right? But where was rule of law when a judge collected 200m bribe and the NJC only retired him with "full benefits" and only mandated him to return the money in instalments?

Pa Chuks, think of the children and the kind of values you are imparting on them!! Try and do right...
Your comments are always incoherent and out of sync... One hardly understands any stuff you write. Which school did you attend?
Re: Judges Boycott Courts In Abuja To Protest Arrest Of Colleagues by Ssalk: 11:44am On Oct 11, 2016
Bird of the same feather. These judges should be ashamed of themselves for abusing their offices. What can one tell of judges that cross to Benin republic, Nigel just to collect bribe? What can we tell of them when they all living above their means? Dollars, pounds and different amount of hard currency stock in their house? Even the NJC full of corrupt people all they can do is to at most send these judges to retirement and indirectly telling them go and enjoy your loot without prosecution.

We must commend the DSS for the courage they exhibit in making sure nobody is above the law while acting withing their power. For those who are ranting that DSS did this or that, let me tell you that DSS action was in accordance with what they were set up for by making sure anything that will cause sincurity threat to the nation is thwarted. All these judges fall in that security threat category because they suppose to be the voice to the voiceless, hope to the hopeless but they let corruption to take over them. How many conviction have we gotten since all these corruption trials? None .Once they collect money they will keep adjourning then withdraw from the case altogether. DSS thank you for the good work, Nigerians solidly behind you.

What this simply means is that judges are fighting for the right to sell judgements to the highest bidder.

My faith in Nigeria just died this minute. Let everyone fight for himself and perpetrate whatever scam they can lay their hands on to survive, because we live in a lawless society, a jungle. RIP Nigeria!

There is corruption everywhere including the presidency but the rule of law must be followed. Buhari was in court for certificate forgery yet he was assumed innocent and remained on duty.

The right thing to do was to petition the NJC and after there are sacked by the NJC ,go after those indicted.

We must never promote tyranny over any guise. There is also a very strong possibility that these men are innocent and the presidency is only going after them for ruling against them

Are you saying ONLY The NJC can check judges? Are you saying judges can ONLY be tried AFTER they are sacked? It so, please back your opinion with the relevant laws. NJC is just Disciplinary Committee for judges. Nothing in Nigerian law stop security agencies from investigating and prosecuting judges for crimes they might have committed
