But the coach went with more than required forwards
And not enough midfielders in my opinion

...i swear, the Irish team are a physical side though.
Yeah... There was close to zero fluidity.
Hopefully the comp gets better.

Any which way, we suppose qualify from this group.

Drum has sold this match
Onumonu as right winger
Ohale as left back
Michelle makes a lot of mistakes as a right back
Shaky defense
He had to squeeze in all the American forwards for the tournament
Let me see who the box to box midfielder is
Looks like we are out for counter attacks only
Good luck Super Falcons undecided

Plumptree is playing LB...

Debbie Abiodun starting ahead of Echijini is something nobody saw coming ... maybe Randy thinks she can offer more physicality in midfield...

Let's see how it goes .

But ehn...

Echegini being left out is a real stunner. And why does Ordega have to start? I would have preferred a more active option in Kanu or Monday.

Maybe he needs the experience Ordega brings...that again is a shocker, given that Ordega barely started most of our games post WAFCON...

We shall see...

I am not a fan of the line up, but don't let us do this. Onomonu is the only "American" up front and no one is surprised on her inclusion. Oparanozie is injured, she's no even on the bench.

While I am skeptical about the lineup, I understand why he chose to go this way.

Ashleigh as LB is Randy being conservative. Her forward movement will most likely me limited to the midfield. She's help primarily defensively and to protect against set pieces and aerial balls. BTW, it's Ohale and Demehin as CB

Abiodun over Onyi is same as above; being conservative. While Jennifer will help us more offensively, Deb will help more defensively.

Really surprised at the inclusion of Ordega, he probably is going for experience here. The flip side is we have younger and faster subs in the second half of we are able to contain them in the first.
