Good evening does anyone have an Idea on how the CIPM works, I already made payment and registration through the exam route I was told to upload a document but each time I want to login into the existing account it's keeps directing me to a membership page that requires username which I don't have yet. Can anyone explain why it's happening or how to solve the issue

I'll advice you join the telegram channel.

That aside, if you made payment for the exam, that means you have created an account on the platform. You'll need to log in with your username which is your email and the password you created. And after you become a Student Member, you'll log in with your student ID and password
