And accumulation of degrees does not mean they are the most educated unless you subscribe to the viewpoint - as many Nigerians believe-that accumulation of degrees/certificates equates to being educated. I don't tow that path. Education goes deeper than degrees and certificates. In fact education began to die when degrees and certificates took precedence over substantive, practical knowledge in different facets of life.
