The bible was so right in saying this, how long can we continue in these evil. Why should all these evil killers, looters, ritualist, cultist, rapist, thieves, murderers etc . Tell me as a person, should all these people do their evil and get away with it, should they just die without being judged by someone? Its true some may be caught and some may die, but should all their evil act just go away like that without a judge judging them for their crimes against humanity?

I don't know where you are coming from, but one thing i know is that God doesn't grade one sin higher than the other. Your case may not be among the once you've listed but the truth is, we have all fallen short of His glory in one way or the other.
Imaging if God has terminated your life when you committed sin. but He didn't, He showeth you mercy. so also He shows mercy to those you tag robbers, kidnappers etc.
but on the last day, we shall all be judge by Lord of Host.
Keep living the good life, your reward will certainly come.

We need to improve our justice system to ensure that most of these people will be caught and punished appropriately in this life. We also need better policing to reduce the number of crimes committed. This is how countries become civilized, and not by indulging in fantasies. Hoping that someone will judge criminals after they die at a ripe old age doesn't prevent or discourage crime, particularly when the supposed judge is happy to completely forgive any criminal who asks for forgiveness before dying and send him to paradise.

So ppl like osama bin laden, hitler and the rest who somehow evaded judgment by committing suicide or those killed briefly or those who just died normally without justice been done, so our justice system should be improved to judge dem even after they are dead shey?

Osama Bin Laden paid for his crimes with his life, which is the greatest punishment that can be inflicted in the civilized world. Hitler was forced to commit suicide, which is basically the same thing, though it would certainly have been nice to get to display his rotting carcass in public. Prevention is more important than punishment, though. Strong international bodies like UN and NATO and EU were created to make it hard for idiots like Hitler to start big wars. The US started a war on terror which was supposed to protect Americans from Osama Bin Laden's successors.

God's justice is unhelpful, at best. We need human law enforcement and justice, which we can constantly improve until we're satisfied with it.

Pure nonsense.

The cosmos and its laws are simply unjust, the fact remains that people commit heinous crimes and go scot free, some are even applauded: imagine killing a whole tribe because of a territory and the victorious nation will praise her generals for a job well-done.

There are no all encompassing moral laws to guide and judge human societies, different laws to different nations.

The ancients believe that a man must pay for his sins no matter how little, even in defending one's live, that's why doctrines like karma and reincarnation are preached, same goes for the goddess Nemesis, that was thought to reward or punish a man descendants no matter how long.

Man must accept that his existence and interactions with the universe will always be absurd.

So its good they have evaded justice, so all der deeds av been accounted for and payed for with der death shey? That's why the heart of man will forever be wicked as long as ppl feel dat death is d paramount. I can do all d evil I want and if I am caught the worst is dat ur gonna kill me and that's d end(that's the mentality) . if every individual liv with the fear of God in der heart, or let me put it dis way, if every individual should behave or be like Jesus, the earth will be paradise. Jesus is the answer, improved technology can't stop evil from happening, it can only help in bringing d assailant to book.
