Sheriff was siting in his house when Amaechi and Wine consulted him to be the acting chair man of the party

3 The gen secretary of the party went to Federal high court in Lagos claiming that their tenure will expire in 2017 and begged the court for an injunction declaring the convention in port Harcourt as illegal. The court granted his prayer.

5 Sheriff, having realised that the Governors are not in support of his ambition, czncellled the convention and relied on the court injuction in Lagos

6 The PDP led by wike went on with the convention and appointed Markarafi as acting chairman
7 Shrirf went to Federal Court in Abuja to declare markafi as illegal chairman and the court agreed from the mouth of Abang
8 instead of them to appeal they went back to port Harcourt Court

9 the PDP is now fictionalised with two candidates for every election

10 the issue of Ondo came up and Jimoh Ibrahim went to court again to declare him as the leagal candidate, and initial order of Abang having subsisted without no superior order vacating it from the appeal court declare Jimoh as the legal candidate.


From the above analysis from the perspective of law which order will INEC obey?
Instead of PDP to appeal they are still making noise.

Pls tell me where APC and Federal govt was involved in this case.

It is absolutely imperative that peace returns to the PDP. This is one of the deleterious effects of the crisis that has engulfed the party.
The PDP has already lost a lot of ground to the APC due to Mimiko's lacklustre performance. If Jimoh Ibrahim is fielded as the party's candidate, it will be a light work for the APC.
