Didnt I write this earlier on, Oh you want me to carve it on my head that I made a mistake? well you could go and scr3w yourself in that case

Yes, I would like you to write a rejoinder to your initial statement. It wouldn't make any sense to carve it on your head, would it? I think a rejoinder is an easier option. Did you say you've done that already?

Ok they played one game at the Velodrome,  but thats where they used to play (or Stade de paris) their international games before the Stade de France was completed for the world cup) but  if you have been in the Velodrome you would that this is a football stadium the crowd are passionate,  Bauchi is not on the same level

A response to this would mean responding to your paranoia which I am in no way interested in doing.

if the match was fixed in abj or lagos, naija would win comfortably but since it was moved to bauchi by politics, it becomes unpredictable. this is placing selfish interest above national interest,

I tire oh, anyway, hopefully the boys will do good, i admit i am being a lil paranoid about bauchi, but like someone said the match should have been in Lagos or abuja, especially in abuja, where they are already comfortable and have a feel of the pitch, no wahala, i go dey watch online 2morrow, good luck to eagles, i predict a draw,

Re: Nigeria Vs Argentina (2 - 1): U-17 World Cup (Nigeria '09) by honeric01(m): 1:11pm On Oct 30, 2009
6 stadiums was chosen by fifa, and 2 stand by ones making it 8. 6 to host all first and second matches in the preliminary stages, then the last matches get splited because every teams has to play at the same time. hence the need for the 2 standby stadiums. Nigeria playing in Bauchi was not picked by anyone in Nigeria rather it was because we are second on the log. if we wanted to play all our preliminary matches in Abuja, we would have done that if we win out 2 matches. so anyone still blabbing about why bauchi was chosen for the third match should note this points.

As much I call for support for the Eaglet, I will advise that you don't raise your hope too high.
The team is not that fantastic. They are neither here nor there reason is because you can
smell a Champion when you see one. These ones haven't proved that yet.

And the coach to me sometime appear clueless psychologically studying his body language.
Its not enough to stand on your feet.

This is a make-or-Mar game and we will carry the day IMHO if we can do the following:

1. Play compact (mass attack, mass defence, visionary midfield commander)

2. Calm down when F2F with goalie and finish-off with ball behind the net

3. Pass the ball to nearest team mate possibly in a better shooting position if man with the ball finds himself in a tight angle.(that goal by Ajagun against Honduras is a good example)

4. Keep the dribbles/passes simple and short(those long diagonal passes can be easily intercepted by a very mobile and skilful Argentine side).

5. Score a goal in 1st half and defend if the opposition comes pressing(Argentina will ofcourse).

6. Score an early goal in 2nd half and defend, defend ,defend till the Argentines burn-out in that heat.

7. More home support.

Then it's Golden Eaglets all the way grin grin
