Good Evening, u guys are doing a very nice job. keep it up and more grease to ur elbow.... pls I need help with my tecno w3 device. it happened dat I had a low ba3 and d phone just went off without shutting down, I later got a new ba3 but d problem now is dat anytime I want to run any application on d phone be it watsapp, operamini or even open music, d phone will just start to misbehave, it wil start telling me your google app has stopped unfortunately, or your calendar has stopped unfortunately and stuff like dat and after sometimes it will just hang and go back to tecno logo and dat is it until I remove d ba3 again.. I've tried to do hard reset several times but it didn't work. I've taken it to d place they flash phone, they told me d phone can't be flashed. pls help me, I'm really frustrated ryt nw. I can't even make a call d phone ... so sorry for d long write up. I hope to hear from u soon. Thanks..

Good day, I had power cycling problems with my infinix hot 3 X554.It was flashed at the store where I earlier purchased it to no avail. I sent it to your Carlcare centre in Nsukka but after some enquiries was told that there are no service parts at your headoffice. I used this phone for less than a year. My enquiry is what parts are needed and when will they be available.

My Tecno DroidPad 7C pro has a software problem. All the apps are keep saying not responding and shutting down. Can the tablet be repaired at carlcare be someone told me they dont repair that tablet there anymore.

Hello @DerrickOfficial That feature isn't automatic on your device. Please set the SD Card as your Default Write disk; Set the location where files can save from within your Xender app.

I cant find the receipt of purchase. The tablet is over two years old. Can the tablet still be fixed there without the receipt or i should just forget about going there?
