Barbar2ndey:

which of the cases is more important
and what are the implication of the other cases...please explain to me

All of them are important and are interlocked. One affects the other.

1. Jegede vs Poroye (Jimoh Ibrahim) challenging his substitution by INEC based on Abang October Ruling.

2. Markafi and Ben Obi vs Poroye and Others ( Challenging Abang judgement of June 29) which ruled that Poroye should be recognized as the Pdp state chairman.

3. PDP vs Poroye (challenging Poroye for using the same Counsel to represent PDP case he take to court before abang. Poroye appoint counsel for appellant, the same Poroye appoint Counsel as defendant in the case he takes before Justice Abang).

Sorry for the delay in the response.

Have a blessed day.

Nice one engineerboat, but I don't think judgment will be delivered this week because tomorrow is already Friday or will the court sit on Saturday? Election is already next week and Jegede is not even campaigning, I wonder how he is going to win the election if he wins this case?
