I sincerely blame sherrifs lawyers for losing that case.
Their intentions were never to prove their case instead it was to delay hearing of the case. So they resulted into blackmailing the judges and started making mockery of the judiciary.

If they had simply defended their case properly maybe they would have won. They didn't adopt their briefs, they left the case unattended to.
why do you think Sheriff's lawyer refuses to file their briefs within the time frame and left the case unattended to?

The Answer is Not Far Fetched.

sheriffs lawyers knew that there is no way they can defend ''issues that were not included by the plaintiffs(sheriff and co) which justice Abang raise on his own Volition to favor the plaintiff(sheriff and co) in the High court.

It said that Justice Abang “unilaterally”, raised issues that were not included by the plaintiffs
''an action it said amounted to “a violent attitudinal disposition to the rule of law”.

The appellate court held that Justice Abang turned himself into “Father Christmas”, by granting reliefs that were not sought by the plaintiffs
