What year model and engine type is your car?

As for oil, Volvo recommends Castrol. 5W30 or 5W40 will do.

Check for physical signs of spillage on the floor and undet the engine body
Hi Valarinz, i'm looking at getting a volvo xc90.
Pls what is the cost of a tokunbo engine and gearbox for both the 2.5T 2006 and 3.2 2008?

2010 and 2008 models... Same car....no difference.

Infact from 07 down to 014 are basically the same car, only a couple of minor cosmetic additions here and there eg rear logo spacing from 09 above, headrest designs from 010 above and etc.

You will do good to leave that "klimatronik 2.5T" though, focus on 07 above
Does 2.5T volvo xc90 07 above exist? And is it advicable to go for it?

Gearbox prices fluctuate a lot, but currently 2.5T is in the range of ₦60k while 3.2 is in the range of ₦80k

If the car falls within my vicinity, yes.

Not sure I'll have the time to go far for inspection, i might keep disappointing you till the car is sold

Even when you do that, you won't get full performance benefits. What you'll be changing is the whole Headlamp unit and not just bulbs
