Its a simple explanation. I participate in a lot of topics and bc I want what I say to be taken for face value, I do not broadcast my gender. I have noticed that at times, statements that are said are dismissed bc of a person's gender. Most of the time, people automatically assume Im male. Sometimes I just let it go. This time in particular, I chose to come forward bc the person that I was helping was female also.

Only if more of your type are gotten in most families. Maybe the poverty level in most families might have been reduced. You seems to have interest in other people excelling and prospering. Let me confess am already falling in love to how you are sponsoring your cousin and family member to give them a better life than sending them money. May God bless you. Most people here have one person or the other abroad who are just too selfish or greedy to assist others, I mean their own people out of this Bermuda triangle called nigeria.

Laughing so loud at Bermuda Triangle..that’s an uppercut..I feel you my dear

The word "akata" sounds Ibo....but it's from Yoruba.

Good luck moving forward....female?...and akata? ....wayyy too many men here cannot ignore these two ehmmm...... taboo when it comes to discussion. Abeg...don't even think about letting us know your religion....and should you mention tribe....whoaa!....that's like a declaration of war!.....we'll be coming for you regardless of what you say!

But there are soo many others that do welcome your comments.... keep shining your light to help others come out of the dark....there are always creatures that are afraid of light...creatures of the dark.

At being your friend.... being respectable is all that's required...can you change that requirement?..that's the only thing I'm lacking. Life is soo unfair.

Change my only requirement of being respectable ( good, decent, honest, trustworthy.) I try to be those things every day. So no sir I can not change that.

If you want to do ultrasound route i do not recommend the cna or rn route. Here's why, they are completely different fields and are unrelated. Most ultrasound programs want you to get your associates in Radiography(xray) and then specialise in ultrasound. There are some programs that may bypass the radiography route but you will have to research that.
Ultrasound is still a hot field you shouldnt have a problem finding a program. I know that Indiana has several.
I'm an ultrasound technicians.

I want to come to USA but I don't have money.

Can I apply to do CNA programme from naija?

Can you explain your thought process please? I dont quite understand what you are really asking? Basically if you are an ultrasound tech why are you switching to CNA?

I'm ultrasound technician in nigeria. I'm thinking taking the US professional exam before I could work will be cumbersome or if i will be applying for further retraining will be more difficult (heavy tuition). So I want to see if I can option for CNA. I believe its more easier.

Thanks

Ok. Thanks for clarifying. I think you should look into what the requirements are for the exam as well as for your license. As far as the CNA exam question, I will defer to Franknetter, although it seems he has taken his leave of the thread.
