So Mr wisdomguy4u, as a fellow brother and member of the same nation, I have to really let you in on some important facts. Going through the post, to be sincere, I’d love to make some logical arguments:

1. Your fiancée said she didn’t directly receive those porn materials on her mobile;
2. she belongs to a group where pornographic materials are shared, and since the settings of her phone was on auto-download, her phone downloaded them anyways.
3. Watching porn ≠ being promiscuous

Logical explanation 1, ofcourse, what’s she doing in such group? That’s a fault on her side anyways
Logical explanation 2, in this contemporary world where we have pervs and freaks everywhere, there MAY be weirdos who would still post “shytes” in whatsapp groups exclusively meant for education or even religion. You’d prob find such derailers almost in every group., I won’t go far, Nairaland explains a lot.

Alright, I wanna believe 90% of those who lashed at your fiancée must have seen and enjoyed pornographic materials maybe now, maybe then. From time immemorial, every single person, yes!, even pastors, imams and other religious leaders name it have one or more “not to be proud of fantasy or secret”. The mistake she made was not opening up to you about her interest in porn, that’s if she is actually into it. Now tell me, don’t you have hidden secrets yourself perhaps worse? If yes, lead the pack and start the condemnation again and again.
Nonetheless, I have seen couples advised by sex therapist to engage in seeing porn movies to enhance their sexual lives to save their marriage from wreck. So what’s the fuss about?

The rising wind
It’s high time Nigerians stopped condemning friends, families, name it for such and similar acts. This will only encourage that act the more. Ofcourse if your fiancée were to be on nairaland, at first she’d be emotionally down, after a little time, she’d get back to it, but this time, in an upgraded consciousness as regards security. She’d perhaps lock her phone with all forms of security apps: fingerprint, pattern lock, code etc.

Brother, I didnt create this to confront you, no! but to sensitize people.
