Femi Adesina is very correct. Governors were not shouting true Federalism when FG gave grants to pay salaries which is actually an insult. They have a childishly selective interpretation of that principle.
Most states are not using half of their powers to do good to their people. They are independent federating units when they are installing Presidents and financing elections in other states but when it comes to work and real governance they shout federalism
