Well, the diference between Anambrarians and Ogunite(the ritual capital of west AFRICA) is that we ndi Anambra people doesn't settle for less nor cellebrate mediocrity, like it is obtainable in ogun state and by extension, southwest

By the way Obiano is trying, however a lot is still need to be done. He still has the support of ndi anambra, except those on the pay role of evil islamic brotherhood party APC

Yoloba youths, come and defend your failed leaders, how can you defend when you have sold you souls with one mudu of parboiled rice.

Anambra people criticize Obiano for not completing Awka and Onitsha hotels but yoloba urchins keep mute yet their fooolish leaders litter their states with abandoned and substandard projects.

Imagine if Amosu is from Anambra State.

OP, one thing you have to admire about ndigbo is that we criticize our leaders a lot and hold them to very high standards because we hate incompetence. This is done out of love and the need to see them do better.

We don't sweep things under the rug or hide our shame as our counterparts do in the west. We lay everything bare in pictures so that it will force the needed change in our society. This is how things get better.

Criticism of obiano is not because he is not doing well, we just want him to do better. Lets rid ourselves of Nigerian lows standards of governance.

To be sincere if you move across Ogun State you will weep for yoloba people.

Go to a Ogijo and see that hellfire is already here in Nigeria, go to Sango and see that Nigeria is finished.
Last month i went to Babcook Univeristy Ilesa, the only light of civilization there is the university. The place is so backward that i nearly run.

Forget all the noisemaking here, my job has really taken me around SW and i have seen it all, the region is backward

It is up to sensible yorubas, who refuse to pretend like they are from Lagos to start criticizing their leaders the way we in the east do to ours. If we do it for them by posting pictures of urban decay, they see it as an attack instead of them using it as a motivation to force their leaders to do the right thing.

You people just seem to feel the need to compare yourselves to Yorubas for validation. Why? What do you know about Ogun state that is 3 and half the size of your Anambra market state that gives you the ballz to come here to talk trash?? And listen up fooool, Alagbado is in Lagos, not Ogun. Amosun is simultaneously building 15 flyovers in Ogun in both old and new settlements and areas of the state, not to mention the many quality roads, while you people refuse to allow us to hear word over 3 flyover bridges that seems to be the only infrastructural achievement of Obiano worth mentioning. Na wah for you o. Ogun still has Ogun has Itoku Flyover, Salon Flyover, Iyana Mortuary Flyover, Lagos garage flyover at Ijebu Ode, Sabo Flyover at Sagamu. All these were commissioned during the state's 40th-year anniversary celebration by Buhari.

http://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2016/01/22/buhari-storms-ogun-for-operation-40-40/

You can't even compare the quality of Ogun's bridges and flyovers to that sorry excuse you call flyovers in Anambra that already look as if they are about to collapse. You guys need help, like seriously.

Amosun may have his shortcomings and may be deemed to have under-performed in some ways, but comparing his accomplishments so far in office to your Ugu scammer who specializes in signing useless MOUs that will never see the light of day, is the height of insults. Under the same Amosun, Ogun consolidated its position as Nigeria's Industrial hub, attracting billions of dollars in FDI to the state, even more than her sister state Lagos.

http://businessdayonline.com/2015/02/ogun-ikeja-top-manufacturers-investment-destinations-in-2014/

Ogun, Ikeja top manufacturers’ investment destinations in 2014

While Ogun, which is now Nigeria’s industrial hub, recorded N377 billion worth of investments within the period, Ikeja returned investments worth N39.86 billion.

Ogun State’s represents 78 percent of N483 billion worth of investments made in the whole of the manufacturing sector within the period under review, while Ikeja shares 8.3 percent.

“This has revealed that the majority of manufacturing investments were directed towards Ogun industrial axis, which consists of Otta, Agbara, Ibafo/Mowe and Shagamu industrial areas,” said MAN, in its latest January to July 2014 economic review.

....

The data further show investments in Kano/Sharada/Challawa as N19.75 billion and those of Oyo/Ondo/Osun/Ekiti as N19.2 billion within the period under review.

Anambra/Enugu that had N5.5 billion worth of investments.
while those of Imo/Abia were estimated at N309 million.

Lagos - Lagos is beginning to lose most its investors to neighbouring state, Ogun following the increase in incentives offered by the state.

The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) in its latest economic review (2015) said the production value recorded by the Ogun Industrial Zone accounted for 69 percent of total production for all zones, thus re-confirming Ogun as the industrial hub of the nation.

According to findings, investors get rebates on land, good road network and better security of plants, machinery and assets in industrial zones in Ogun State. Certain types of taxes paid by these investors in Lagos are also accepted by Ogun State, thus preventing them from paying multiple levies in two states.

Ogun also has a one-stop-shop platform, where investors are given access to understudy available natural and mineral deposits, as well as agricultural potential of the state. Many manufacturers also say there is less harassment from touts in Ogun. Also, there is less traffic gridlock in Ogun and cheaper and more available accommodation for staff in the state.

In the last two to three years, more investments have moved to Agbara, Igbesa, Abeokuta, Sango-Otta, Ibafo, Mowe, Ijebu-Ode and Sagamu industrial clusters, all in Ogun State, at the expense of Ikeja and Apapa zones in Lagos which used to be the hubs of investors.

In terms of output, Ogun turned out N265.27 billion in output in half year 2015 as against Lagos’ N88.6 billion. Similarly, Ogun produced goods worth N306.58 billion in the whole of 2014, while Lagos churned out output worth N274.41 billion within the period.

Some of the new investors which berthed Ogun in 2014 were Shongai Technologies Limited, Ijako in Sango-Otta, Apples and Pears Limited, Ceplas Farms Limited, Greenlife Bliss Healthcare Limited, Sumo Steel Limited, among others.

15 flyovers hahahahahahahahahahaha.

Its not about the size, Borno is bigger than Singapore, Malaysia and Monaco combined so forget the size.

Anambra is not only good of trading but heavy manufacturing, real estate, education, transportation and agriculture. Before you see a poor household in Anambra you must have covered a village in Ogun.

80% of the economic activities in our statet is under our control, we are territorial.

I only have interest on your comment as u said your job has taken round the south west but you can't see see any good thing there as the region is backward meaning you are comparing the region ti south east. Thank God the nature of my work has also taken me round the south east and beyond. Firstly, if you are not tribalistic in nature what concerns you with a south west Governor in term of comparing Ogun state achievement to Anambra stae while not imo state in comparison? Secondly, I know all the bridge you just mentioned and I give kudoos to Obiano but you have to consider the distance and numbers of bridge Amosun is constructing to Obiano. You should as well consider other developmental project he embark on at a time and those he has achieved. You said you igbo critize your leaders but I do not see how you critice former Ebonyi state governor, that spent eight years without any good roads and former imo state governors that have nothing to show for their achievement like the person of achike udenwa just to mention a few. Am not here to argue or comparing but let me tell you the truth I know a lot about south west and south east even northern part. I have travelled a lot also to the south south. So, stop saying what you don't know here. Focus on your region please.
