You can't defeat a guerrilla force except you defeat their ideology.

But

BH holds no territory and can no longer wage effective large scale warfare. It can do surprise attacks and suicide Bombings but it cannot fight a prolonged war using conventional means. That part is broken.

It is not about one chance. It is about the s.tupidity of the average Nigerians. You can tell them anything and they will believe. It is so easy to dazzle them.
