The tension between Ndiigbo and Yoruba will defuse when Nigeria disintegrates and a well demarcated border established between Igbo nation and Yoruba nation somewhere in Edo state. Fences make for good neighbors. A permanent well defined border will do same for Ndiigbo and Yorubas. This is the ONLY solution. 6 Likes |

omonkiti: Haba!! You are not being fair, nah. You classified South-South as contributing oil to the economy, and you could not classify the South-West as providing maritime access, ports, an industrial centre, telecoms/I.T, housing corporate headquarters of many conglomerates, providing a financial hub, arbitration centre, tertiary and specialist medical care etc. In fact, Ogun State hosts the largest number of private universities in Nigeria. Bros, you sef, check am nah... Even Middle-Belt sef dey contribute agriculture, solid minerals and real estate to the mix. 6 Likes |

I'd rather have Igala become an independent principality under the Ata than have it join whatever Yoruba ish you guys are preparing. cheruv: You are asking what concerns me with Igala? Because you have appointed yourself their spokesman? What did you just say - "I'd rather have Igala become ....gini??!" See who is talking...!! Obviously, you believe you are the one best appointed to speak for them, ba? Only God knows who drew that map, but till now no Yoruba person on this thread has come up to say that ethnic group should be included in their south-western homeland, so why are you taking panadol for the headache of the Igala people? Did your kinsmen hold a meeting with the Attah of Igala and his cabinet on whether they should become an independent principality or not? Isn't this something the Igala people should decide on their own or by themselves? Who gave you the authority to decide who the Igala choose to partner with? And what gives you the right to dictate if they should be an independent principality or not? Can't you just leave them out of your permutations??! If the Igala decide to stay on their own or team up with any other ethnic group, it is none of anybody's blinking business!! Neither yours', nor mine! So face your IPOB-ian issues, biko nu! 3 Likes |

cheruv: How is Igala your business, that you now have the guts to decide their destiny for them? You are an Igbo person dictating to the Igala what their fate should be. Hehehe.... honestly your silliness knows no bounds. You do not know who I am or what ethnic group I come from, so don't even try to pin any labels on me. And contrary to your claims, I am not Igbophobic. I am just against the lies, petty propaganda and deceit that you and your ilk continually dish out, in your bid to make other people look like villains. Now, hear me well - I am anti-IPOB (i.e. those whose directors have instructed them to kill other ethnic tribes, because they feel violence is the only way to get their new republic); I am anti-tribalism, anti-hatred, anti-propaganda, anti-violence, anti-anything or anyone who pulls others down, or denigrates them with lies and hate-filled vitriolic rhetoric, just so they can spread their own peculiar form of venom. Get it? For your information, I do not only pass comments about the Igbo. I pass comments on the Yoruba, Edo, Igala, Efik, Ijaw etc., threads - but one thing I do not do, is to dictate to them what direction their collective destiny should take, like you have decided to do for the Igala, using your fake map! laudate:Enyi, like I told you... Igala issues concern us, just as Igbo issues concern them. The only outsider here is you who's neither Igbo nor Igala The map whether its fake or not is not my wahala....the map was made by a Yoruba and the map recognizes all Yoruboid and Edoid peoples which I don't have issues with. The only thing am saying is that the Great Igbo nation won't support the Igala being in whatever Odua ish they're forming. Its natural as an odua person to be pissed by my position but I don't give a damn. As for your infantile pranks of inserting Igbo phrases(when you can't even speak the language) into our discussion, you look so funny doing that and I can imagine childish you're thinking that'd influence me in any way 1 Like |

cheruv: See this one! So Igala issues are now to be dictated by the Igbo, according to you? Let me laugh very well in Greek, first! You claim the map was made by a Yoruba person - Oya, post the url link & source so we can verify. You & your ilk are capable of faking anything, so I wouldn't put it past them to have faked this map. If you have gone through most of the Yoruba threads on NL, those chaps have always advocated for a region that consists only of Yoruba-speaking people. They are not land-grabbers like you and your IPOB-ian ilk, from what I have seen here. In fact, they declined to add Itsekiri to their list in one of their threads, despite the linguistic similarities that exist between their languages. Now, you want the rest of us who have followed their discussions closely, to believe that they would draw a map and include non-Yoruba areas in it, when even the old Mid-Western region advocated for their people to be carved out of the Western region in the early '60s? Who are you trying to deceive, biko?? I don't know if the Odua are pissed by your position, you would have to ask them. But as a non-Odua I am certainly disgusted by the fact that you feel you can dictate the collective destiny of a whole ethnic group like the Igalas. Why not let them decide for themselves who they want to align with or what they want to be?? The Igala do not need your so-called support to align with whomever they choose! The Yoruba and Igbo should let them be! Finally, you are the one who cannot speak Igbo, as your written Igbo is atrocious! You have not met me in real life & yet you feel I cannot speak Igbo?? Let me guess, your keyboard whispered it to you! Why on earth would I want to influence you by making a comment in Igbo? Influence you to achieve what? Honestly, you are too ridiculous for words! Just say that you need lessons in Igbo, so that I can recommend a tutor for you! Others who can read and write Igbo, have not made the same complaint you have done about any phrases I have used on NL. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Whatever else you say or try to say,it'd not change my original premise which is that egbuchagodu Igbo nile,Igbo ka foro n'Igala. cheruv: Oya, post the link to support your claims so we can verify it. Or you simply expected us to take your word for it, when we know it is most likely to be untrue? How come all the other Yoruba people on NL have not been re-posting it? Obviously, they know it is fake. Stop trying to dictate to the Igalas who they should align with, or what direction their collective destiny should take. You are the one poking your long nose into the affairs of the Igala, when they have not asked you to help them chart their way. Your Great Igbo nation is yet to figure out how to get Biafra.
