I wish to add my voice to the ongoing discourse about the Super Eagles chances of qualifying for the Round of 16. I honestly believe anything can happen between now and JUNE that will gift NIGERIA an edge. I vividly remember in the run-up to the 2002 World Cup, ARGENTINA was a dreaded team and BATISTUTA (was it?) even commented that if the World Cup were played in JANUARY of that year, he's positive that ARGENTINA would win it. But by JUNE, he can't be too sure. The rest is history: ARGENTINA got booted out at the Group stage.

We shouldn't discount our chances but look onto GOD who made it possible for us to feature at the mundial. I pray NIGERIA gets things right and take a solid team to SA. Then, dem go bow.
