This is bad in all ramification and should be looked into by the relevant authorities. NLC, TUC and the Ministry of Education should do something about this.

I see no correlation between ones productivity and number of student a staff bring to the school. The management should look for another way to market their school, there are so many ways they can do that right now without spending much. We should start to worry when school of learning lack innovation.
