Brought low by the weak oil price, on which government revenues are woefully dependent the system has been starved of dollars.[/b] That has driven businesses into the ground, people on to the margins and the economy into its worst recession in 25 years. What had been a growing middle class is being daily eviscerated. High inflation, especially for food, is damaging the poor in whose name Mr Buhari ran for office.

This is the point I have been trying to make, when people over stretch this issue of the President's absence. Even when he was in the country wasn't there still hardship?? They talk asif we were enjoying when he was around and now he left we are suffering.

Dead or Alive the suffer still dey, let's just concentrate on economic issues, and not get carried away by his absence.

To be fair, Mr Buhari inherited a dire situation courtesy of his hapless predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan. He did the country a service simply by beating Mr Jonathan in an election and sparing the country of further wilful misrule.

Mr Man, stop crying. Your Buhari have been there before and the same RECESSION took place. Remember that it wasn't GEJ that handed over power to him that year.

That is pure rubbish, and this is a Yoruba man telling you that!

What preparations did the APC make for their victory or were they simply bewitched by power for their own selfish goals? Incompetence is inexcusable!

Am not surprised with the recession in Nigeria courtesy Mr President. If a president can stay 6 months to name his cabinet and his Waec was the debate of the Nation. My people problem dey we only just noticed it.

You see!

APC failed to perform to expectations.

They have ability to perform more than this but they have bad attitude towards governance.

Anyway they would be voted out like pdp was voted out.
