it has become a daily mantra to nigerians that not all fingers are equal. That is true but let us shed some light on it. We are all born into varying family. Either rich or poor. These factor none of us can control. Rich kids have different opportunities and can afford to experiment on new things. But a child from a poor family will be careful when taking risk because no body would help him if he falls. Return to square zero. Not every nigerian is lucky to have a rich uncle. I am therefore proposing to form an organisation called big brother. It will offer financial safety net and protection to its members for monthly payment. Provide Insurance coverage to millions of nigerians. Big brother will strive to protect their own. Guide them jealously like a hen guards her chicks. Ecclesiastes 4:10 pity a man who fall and has nobody to pick him up. Bb will support talented youths in NIGERIA.

It took until my first visit to the southern part of the country to realize this fact. While in camp, I noticed how scared my fellow corpers were of the khaki guys. I was like, wtf!!! Whenever a soldier asked them to walk fast, they run. I had never seen someone so scared of soldiers in my entire life.

I thought it's because I'm a barrack boy. Then I remembered that back in Jos, guys used to host shows in khaki and stuff. The longer I stayed there, the more I discovered how different and disrespectfully our brothers and sisters down south are treated by the soldiers.

I haven't seen a soldier manhandle someone like that throughout my stay in the north. But I guess it's because northerners are much in the army; in my state for instance, you find army officers like you find professors in Ekiti. And considering the fact that they are not sure who they are dealing with, they'd rather thread carefully and treat everyone with respect before they bit more than they could chew.
