OP's veggies are incomplete and his/her method is too complicated. I wouldn't say the steps are wrong though. We all have different cooking techniques.

OP! Osasnidas, you made some mistakes.

1. the liver stock will change the taste for bad, so dont mix chicken stock with liver stock, dice the liver and fried it with your vegetables,

2. you didnt state how the veggies should go in after the others, onions and carrot should go in the fry pan first, 30 secs before the green bean, though depend on how fresh or old the green beans are, depend on how they are, infact, the number one thing should be the onion to allow it done but not black or burn,I suggest you add green pepper, without it seeds and shrimps if you can afford it , you omitted that.

3. its better to add your curry , thyme and nutmeg while per boiling the rice , so you wont have to add much when frying it to avoid giving people raw curry to eat, this will make you add less curry when frying it as you must have gotten the color already, just in case you want it greenish

4. you didnt use garlic or ginger, they are good and medicinal, you can add it when boiling the chicken if you dont know how to get it into the fried rice, I prefer the fresh garlic anyway.


5. you can best cook fried rice with gas cooker, because stove will give you wrong timing and low heat may result in stale result.

6. you need tomatoes to garnish it afterward and I prefer Heniz Salad Cream for my cole slaw
