SEE IT: Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott exposes woman’s breast during Dallas St. Patrick’s Day celebration

Ezekiel Elliott pulled a woman's shirt down -- exposing her bare breast -- during a St. Patrick's Day party in Dallas ... but a rep for Zeke says it was all in good fun.
Zeke was drinking a beer next to a group of people on the roof of a Dallas bar to watch the St. Patrick's Day Parade on Greenville Ave.
The woman is playing to paradegoers and motions at her breasts -- then points to Zeke. Next thing you know, he reaches over and pulls her top down, exposing her bare breast. She scrambles to cover up.
We spoke with Elliott's rep who told us the woman wasn't upset ... and actually hung out with Zeke and a group of friends after the parade ended.
Nonetheless ...
Elliott was on the roof of a bar next to the woman who was motioning to her breasts, while Elliott was sipping a beer right next to her.

The Cowboys running back then reached over and pulled down her shirt, briefly revealing one of her breasts before she quickly covered up.

TMZ spoke to Elliott’s rep who said the woman wasn’t bothered by the incident. She continued to hang out with Elliott following the parade along with her friends.

Although the rep says it was all in good fun, Elliott's history has left the door open for criticism.

In July 2016, Elliott's ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson, accused him of assault. She posted photos showing bruises on her arms and legs on her Instagram account, before later deleting the posts.

Elliott was interviewed by the league, but was never punished.

According to ESPN, the league is still reviewing Elliott's case and he could possibly be punished by the NFL for the 2017 season.
