Looks like driver side before the catalytic converter. Check the wire it might have melted on the exhaust touching the body cover it with electric tape first. Some times when O2 sensor wires are exposed it short the heater circuit and you get that fault so you will need to find the sort first fix then replace the O2 heater fuse
