What a lame and foolish excuse. So what he means is that any person agrieved can take the laws into their hands. No qualms.
I hope if the Hausa people in Kano state attack Yoruba people there, and the Yorubas fight back causing death and mayhem, he would arrest only the Hausas since they were the aggressor?
