But who was/is hiding it. There is one thing you don't understand. You can claim to be a medical doctor when you are not and nobody will disturb you but try not to practice it because you will definitely expose yourself to a lot. They probably ignored him because he has not won the election but reverse became the case when he won the election. It is not a big deal, just a simple statement of "Here is my certificate" would have saved a lot of noise.
