I once reported on Nairaland that Igbos are now selling their pounds how they duped people with Biafra passport last time. I shared pics. Mynd44 ignored me but as u can see in the news below. As we talk now IPOB pounds is now for sale in the market pls read

See the Biafran currency a seller put up for sale, check out what happened when nobody bought it (evidence)

A 5-shillings Biafra banknote has been put up for auction. The start price is stated for N6000 as put up by a licensed dealer in collectables who is a member of the New Zealand stamp dealers association.

The auctioned note was offered for sale by one John R. Eccles of Wellington. The potential buyers of the note are being promised a good deal as the 1967 banknote could be returned if not in good shape.

Also, the buyers are guaranteed a refund if not satisfied by the purchase at the end of the day. On checking the point where the auction was listed, no order seemed to have been placed as the starting price had not changed.

Try to think the same way an average LiePod terrorist thinks and you'd find yourself as close to madness.

First whatever exchange rate Biafra exchange their money is non of my business but truth be told you need lots of dollars to defend ur local currency. You cant taka even Naira to outside nigeria n spend it or exchange it. Your CBN has to change it for u.

If u printed lots of local currency without hard currency which you must earn by exporting goods n trade wth other nations then your local currency will be as low as Zimbabwe moni.

The big deal for every nation is to have surplus dollars in her external account n set an exchange rate.

Now how can Biafra money be strong against dollar?

Biafra money will be strong if a body pull their resources together for now . let say they have 2milion dollars in reserve n decided to sell this 2milion dollars to IPOB who has accepted the local biafra moni. They will set exchange rate to it. Since there is no much pressure on the dollar from Ipob for now,Biafra an enjoy cheap dollar exchange. Now can this thing happen? No! It will take a dumb ass IPOB Man to create money now for ipob. Its the last result.
