It is our duty to maintain all our infrastructural and social amenities but in Nigeria maintenance is a big problem.
Lets see how long it will take the new runway to become worse than the old runway!

Make una show us the repairs going inside the airport, abi na runway only be airport?

I think all our states needs to have a functioning airport.

If you are not in this world, I will like to let you know that the project was for Abuja Airport Runway. I hope you know the meaning of runway. A bad one is dangerous for planes to taxi. The project has no inclination to the inside as you requested to know. But if you are a wailer, please don't be shy to give credit to the government because you or your relatives could use this runway sometimes.

The peegz at pdp were never concerned with fixing the Airport let alone the nation. God dey shaaa

Hmmmmmmmmmm.......your BMC handlers would indeed not have been very proud of you if you had said the contrary.....Nigeria would not have lost so much with the NAIA Abuja closure if your ACN charlatans and their CPC cohorts had given the late Ex President Umar Yaardua the opportunity of going through with the procurement process for the building of a new runway at half the cost that your messiahs have now expended in refurbishing the old runway.....without screaming that the cost was well high off the roof like thry claimed with the pump price of refined petroluem products which today sells far above the price folks bought them under the PDP ungodly saints.
Keep gloating........that is whst you and your ilk have been reduced to for the proverbisl free 3.5gb monthly browsing data allowance.....

Nothing to be blessed about, its their responsiblity and they must do this one cus if not, it will spoil their image internationally. Bless them when they do dual road from abuja to west, east and north.

Bro, we are in a situation where we had to choose a better devil. The airport runway had been in a bad state b4 this administration. This international wing of the airport was being used for both domestic and international flights because the domestic wing had become a shadow of itself. What I think we should be asking now is if the domestic wing is also fixed. Is just like if you have a superior who had been cheating you with your legal allowances and he is suddenly replaced with a bit better person, won't you pray for him?

Why should we be angry?

You do realise even this project when initiated was bedevilled by politics as the same people who refuse to even allow a budget pass couldn't stand to see a successful rehabilitation?

It is with joy that we embrace this positive development.

This one is over and we look forward to other developments.

Yes, he's accomplished 0.001% of his manifesto in a period of 2 years, we eagerly await the remaining 99.99%

Jokers. Let's keep applauding basic stuff, in 2017 runway repairs is what people are jubilating over. The dearth of tangible achievements in this administration is the "causer", I totally get it.
