That yeye Fidelity bank. OP,are you a HND or Bsc holder? I ask because we all know most banks love HND holders so much. I don't know what university graduates did to them. If its not through Trainee school recruitment platform and connection,na only Polytechnic graduates go dey work for bank. My own was a connection yet I couldn't even pass the test. It was so difficult;compared to those of UBA and Sterling bank I wrote before that one.
The worst part was that they actually separated HND holders from BSC holders right before our very eyes with different questions for the two groups.
No one needed to tell me theirs was easier.

Since it's a Computer test, why couldn't the test timer be paused? I remember taking a Dragnet test during my job hunting days, I was pressed, they paused my test timer, allowed me use the rest room and I resumed from where I stopped. No issues at all. I'm surprised that by now some organisations are yet to upgrade their testing software. Or at least, the HR should inform everyone you can't step out during test before allowing the test to begin. Fidelity should upgrade their systems or use the likes of Dragnet. Inconvenience occurs during tests and exams, we all experienced it during school exams at some point so I don't understand why it should be different as a graduate and certainly don't understand why people are hypocritically blaming OP. Inconvenience doesn't translate to dumbness. Fidelity should be more professional or hire a professional consultant simple!!
@OP, don't worry, you will pass the next test colorfully, the system failed you, you didn't fail yourself.
