Jay Jay Okocha - he was inspirational as a player and captain. Unfortunately, he didn't have great players during his tenure

I disagree. Chukwu is our greatest captain. He also led his team to win the 1980 Nations Cup. He is also Nigeria's greatest and highest scoring centre back and best free kick taker.
