Maybe there's recession in your home but there's no recession in Nigeria.

This is the way to go, that's if no one is shielded from this corruption fight.

1. Let obasanjo account for the billions and trillions stolen under his watch as president, the sale of bakassi, his Abeokuta farm and the Aso villa in Abeokuta.

2. Obasanjo's and Atiku's involvement in the haliburton and Siemens scandal. TheNASS needs to address this and set up a panel as appropriate.

"A source said should Mr. Oke’s reported stance that Mr. Jonathan approved the money be found to be true, then the former president would have to be questioned. However, the former president may not be summoned, our sources said, as the committee members will arrange to meet with Mr. Jonathan, who left office in 2015, at the former president’s preferred point."

All these yeye newspapers be using Jonathan's name upandan to sell their market.

1) Was GEJ not president of Nigeria?

2) If for any reason he gave approval, was it a verbal one?

3) Definitely, it was written and documented!

4) What is Jonathan coming to the panel to do? The onus is on Mr Oke (or Aso Rock civil service) to search for and produce a copy of the approval.

did u even read the path that the fund was for covert operation?

u dont approve covert operations on black and white. the aim is no paper trail.

I can remember a news and a post here on NL where it was said that Bullion Van full of money was withdrawn from the CBN few days to the 2015 presidential election on bases of "A classified Security blah blah"...stating that the presidency gave the order.

Yes, cash from the CBN around one week or so to the election. How can they explain that?

Worst still, the incumbent president (commander-in-chief) have no clue about it...2years into his reign. Anyways unless it was meant to probe if he's involved with BH coz they won't let him know and that should be long before his ascendence as president.

There is no way Emefiele & Jonathan (dumbo yeezus 1 of otuoke land, clueless 1 of naijaland ) will claim ignorance of that fund....No way...

Just the way the $20b Emir Sanusi whistle blew about had Zenith bank & Emefiele's prints all over it...He got his position through being "useful"....

Emefiele is safe though, he knows about the trail & hideouts.... To catch a band of bandits, it pays your course to have an "inroad" into their gang...

Some of you are just unbelievably too ignorant.

How could such amount of money have been discovered without the news circulating or breaking all over the world?

You must think we're in 1850 when things could be done in complete secrecy.

Confused, gullible lot!
and you think a potential investor will like to invest in a country where the headlines on the the tabloid is all about corruption here and there... us fight corruption how many have you heard it..

Inviting GEJ is insulting ?

Really ? If Oke's claim is near trrue, We are talking about Billions of cash here for a secret agent without the current President knowing about it.

That is enough to destabilize or overthrow the Govt.

The owner of the apartment is known already. It is a company said to be controlled by the Oke guy.

We have seen a list showing all the owners of each of the apartments .

So let the dumb Amaechi link die down so we can concentrate. PDP probably need to help us look for the house Amaechi is hiding the cash he stole but this is their money.

You dey mind the paid hack? thank God not all Nigerians are daft, these hacks are ready to convince us that this discovery is another propaganda.
If only they can locate a whistle blower before the damage is done, they would have kill them to silence them.
Their useless party almost turned this country into a beggar nation and they still refused to repent, the anger of God shall soon fish them out for destruction.

You really don't get his point and have no need to insult him.

Usually before the world get briefed, the whole job around the money, the fraudsters, the thieves, and all investigations would have been completed by a sane organization. When this is not done, briefing will be continuous till completion

Just imagine if the Efcc just wokeup one morning to tell u jonathan or the cbn governor is going to jail how wld u feel??some things that work in a sane organization might nt necessarily work here..eg it took a long time for Nigerian n investors to recover frm the sacked ceo bruhaha cuz we weren't properly informed..
