Chei! What a sorrowful sight! Tears galore! till now, PHCN has not restore electricity in Akpandem area of Nyanhasang off Access road Atimbo calabar. Just 3/4 weeks ago, poles and wires fell around that area during a heavy downpour at night(Thank God no causality). I no fit shout. To all the families affected, a heartfelt condolences. It could happen to anyone.

Devil already got enough blame. Read through the comments. But really, is it not the devil that makes people stupid? Is it not the devil that makes people collect bribes and look away while people violate safety law? So!, he got to get some blame.
Nigeria is a wonderful place you know, they said people should build away from high tension lines but come to some areas in Aguda Lagos and you see high tension lines criss cross (overhead) people's residence. However, it is still the devil that blinds people to evil that can befall them. He made the authority watch people violate safety law because in the end he is happy with the chaos that result from our stupidity.

Really Tragic
The DISCO in that place must pay compensation. Yes they must.

May all the dead rest in peace.
However, their family need to seek redress & compensation in a court of law. PHCN has negligently killed people. They need to be thought some lessons now to prevent further future occurrences.
