oh you think I am over exaggerating right?well I know how difficult it is to explain depression to somebody that has not experienced it.you think those that commits suicide as a result of depression takes delight in ending their lives?

Bro just take it easy,trust me I know how you feel. I've been there. Try going out,mk friends both male n female den get a handwork cos depression happens mostly wen ur less busy. Weneva u wake up errday just think of something you hvnt achieved yet and smile.

Guy how did the depression start? What triggered it? That is the first place to start from. I survived Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression which made me suicidal few years ago so I am interested in your case.

I identified what was causing it. What made me sad? How did it come about? Then I started weakening the root causes by help of online stuffs and meds prescribed by my physician. One thing about depression is that you must be willing to fight what is causing u sadness by making it insignificant. How are you?
